504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
(Section 504) and
Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all programs, services, and activities of public entities.
